About the ECX Foundation
ECX East Coast Music & Technology Foundation Inc. is the nonprofit education and workforce development arm supporting the broader ECX East Coast Music & Technology platform.
The Foundation is dedicated to expanding equitable access to emerging technologies by creating learning pathways at the intersection of music, media, artificial intelligence, robotics, immersive technology, and creative innovation.
Through experiential learning, public programming, and strategic partnerships, the ECX Foundation prepares students, creators, and communities to engage with the technologies shaping the future of work, culture, and human–machine collaboration.

The ECX Foundation advances education, workforce development, and equitable access to emerging technologies by creating pathways at the intersection of creativity and innovation.
What We Do
The ECX Foundation supports educational and public-interest programming that includes:
- Experiential Learning
Hands-on workshops, demonstrations, and learning experiences focused on real-world applications of emerging technology. - Workforce Development
Career exposure and skill-building programs that connect students and early-career professionals with future-ready technology fields. - Student & Community Access
Subsidized and free access for K–12 students, HBCU students, and underserved communities to educational programming and technology experiences. - Public Technology Education
Programs that promote understanding of AI, robotics, immersive media, and creative systems as tools for innovation and cultural expression.

Relationship to ECX
The ECX Foundation supports the educational, workforce, and public-interest initiatives associated with ECX and related programs. The Foundation operates exclusively for charitable and educational purposes and is legally and financially distinct from any for-profit activities.
Nonprofit Status
ECX East Coast Music & Technology Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit corporation registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code is currently pending IRS determination.
